WinTheMove Cookie Policy
Effective date: 17 October 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on winthemove.winthemove.workers.dev by Laszlo Dubois and Mohamed Mehdi Cherifi, trading in partnership as WinTheMove, 212 N V Buildings, 100 The Quays, Salford, M50 3BE ("WinTheMove"). Contact: privacy@winthemove.co.uk.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. The law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, regulation 6 and Schedule A1) says we must tell you about them. For cookies that aren't strictly necessary, we either have to ask for your consent or, for some limited purposes, give you a simple way to say no.
2. Cookies we use now
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Type | How long |
|---|---|---|---|---|
sb-bmvawtjcovhqhpwneguv-auth-token (may be split into .0, .1 parts) |
WinTheMove, via our login provider Supabase | Keeps you signed in to your dashboard and checks who you are on each page | Strictly necessary: needed to provide the service you asked for (log-in and authentication) | Up to 400 days, or until you log out |
sb-bmvawtjcovhqhpwneguv-auth-token-code-verifier |
WinTheMove / Supabase | Secures the sign-in and email-confirmation process | Strictly necessary | Short-lived |
Do we ask for consent? No. These cookies are strictly necessary, so the law doesn't require consent. You can block them in your browser, but then you won't be able to log in.
Stripe: when you go to Stripe Checkout or the Stripe Customer Portal, you're on Stripe's own pages, and Stripe sets its own cookies (including fraud-prevention cookies). See stripe.com/cookies-policy.
3. Cookies we might use in future (only after updating this policy)
- Advertising or social media pixels (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads): we will not use these unless you have first said "yes" through a cookie banner, where "Reject" is as easy as "Accept".
4. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies (see your browser's help pages).
5. Changes
We'll update this page whenever we change the cookies we use.
